Brilliant staff, early check-in, helpful with bags and cab, pleasant and attentive, bonus breakfast, excellent location.

The shared bathrooms were a bit small but always clean. The continental breakfast included was a nice touch. I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, close to the Opera House and a pleasant walk through the Botanical Gardens to the Art Gallery. It was also very close to everything, with easy access to the ferry or train and close to the harbor. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were great, especially the rooftop terrace and the lounge for guests. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast offered was also a highlight, with a variety of options like hard boiled eggs, cereal, toast, and fruit, all nicely laid out.

There was no tea or coffee making facilities in the room, which was a bit disappointing for a romantic getaway where we wanted to enjoy some cozy moments together. the service at breakfast was not up to par.
